Country policy files and selected World Development Indicators are surfaced here for quick lookup without leaving this page.
The CRS is the OECD-DAC's activity-level database of Official Development Assistance (ODA) and Other Official Flows (OOF). Operational since 1967 and considered complete from 1995 (commitments) and 2002 (disbursements), it captures individual aid projects and programmes reported annually by DAC member countries and multilateral institutions. Each record includes donor, recipient country, sector (using DAC purpose codes), financial terms (grant element, interest rate, maturity), commitment/disbursement amounts in USD, type of aid, tying status, channel of delivery, and policy markers — including the Rio Markers that flag whether an activity targets climate change mitigation, adaptation, biodiversity, or desertification as a principal or significant objective.
Collected and maintained by the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate (DCD-DAC), Paris. Publicly accessible via OECD.Stat.
The CRDF is a derived dataset built on top of the CRS, isolating all development finance activities assessed as pursuing a climate objective or containing a climate-specific component. It extends beyond ODA from DAC members to include non-concessional bilateral flows (Other Official Flows), climate-related outflows from multilateral development banks (using MDBs' joint climate finance tracking methodology with "climate component" shares for adaptation and mitigation), and flows from non-DAC bilateral providers. Key variables include provider, recipient, climate objective (adaptation, mitigation, or cross-cutting), Rio Marker scores (principal/significant), sector, finance type, and amounts. Covers the early 2000s onward.
Compiled annually by the OECD DCD-DAC Secretariat, drawing on CRS reporter submissions plus MDB-reported data transmitted separately. Distinct from the USD 100 Billion Goal accounting (which uses UNFCCC-reported data and different methodology).
The ADB Data Library and project database is the Asian Development Bank's central public repository of project-level data covering sovereign and nonsovereign operations funded through Ordinary Capital Resources (OCR) and the Asian Development Fund (ADF) across its 45 developing member countries in Asia and the Pacific. Each project record includes project name, country, sector classification, approval date, financing amount and modality (loan, grant, equity, guarantee, technical assistance), cofinancing details, implementation status, safeguard categories, and climate finance tagging (the share classified as mitigation or adaptation, consistent with the joint MDB climate finance tracking methodology). Data are also published in IATI (International Aid Transparency Initiative) standard format.
Complementary datasets include the Key Indicators Database (KIDB) for macroeconomic/social statistics, the Success Rates Database for project performance evaluations, and climate finance dashboards tracking progress toward ADB's $100 billion cumulative climate finance commitment (2019-2030). Collected and maintained by ADB's operations departments, with statistical coordination through the Economic Research and Development Impact Department (ERDI), Manila.
The FATF (Financial Action Task Force) maintains country-by-country assessments of anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and counter-proliferation financing (AML/CFT/CPF) regimes through Mutual Evaluation Reports (MERs) conducted by FATF or its regional bodies (FATF-Style Regional Bodies — FSRBs, including the Asia/Pacific Group on Money Laundering, APG, for the ICCAP target region). Each MER rates a country's technical compliance across the 40 FATF Recommendations (Compliant, Largely Compliant, Partially Compliant, Non-Compliant) and assesses effectiveness across 11 Immediate Outcomes on a four-level scale (High, Substantial, Moderate, Low).
Based on MER findings and follow-up reviews, the FATF maintains two public lists updated three times per year: the "Grey List" (Jurisdictions under Increased Monitoring — countries with strategic deficiencies actively working on action plans) and the "Black List" (High-Risk Jurisdictions Subject to a Call for Action). For the ICCAP countries: Lao PDR and Nepal were added to the Grey List in February 2025; Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, and Fiji are not currently listed.
Collected by FATF (Paris-based intergovernmental body, est. 1989 by G7) and its FSRBs; the APG conducts evaluations for the Asia-Pacific region.
The World Development Indicators (WDI) are the World Bank’s flagship cross-country statistical database, consolidating internationally comparable development metrics across the economy, finance, social conditions, environment, infrastructure, and institutions. In this lookup tool, the selected WDI subset includes macroeconomic, financial inclusion, rural infrastructure, climate vulnerability, agriculture, connectivity, and displacement indicators that help contextualize climate finance and investment conditions across the ICCAP countries.
Source observations come from the World Bank DataBank / WDI series. Where a year is missing in the selected series, this interface estimates values for chart continuity using interpolation or extrapolation and marks them with an asterisk as Estimated*; those estimated points are not source-reported values.
Collected and maintained by the World Bank, drawing on national statistical offices and partner international agencies, then harmonized for cross-country comparison.
